help plz need auto to manual swap info got 99 s10

lookin to swap my auto to a manual trans also if anyone would like to help that be kewl info and hep is always appreciated thx. and im not rly lookin to spend a butt hole of money im single crappy income daddy lol who jus wants a 5 spd back.

Honestly its probably not worth it. Cutting the firewall all up and everything.

i heard long ago wasnt a whole lot involved i just do not remember all the steps i know i need tranny manual computer slave and master cyinder for clutch and i think thats bout it holes on fire wall should be same not much mod needing and only cuttin proly be the foor for the shifter i think i cant find much on it online not detail is why i figured someone here may kno cheaper to swap then by a new truck plus mines in good shape with on 85 k for a 99 wont find one better lol i take care of it i jus want a manual again and cant afford a third car right now.

I'm not sure but you may need a different gauge cluster and dash wiring too. that might be something else consider.

hmm i dont think wiring wil be much a diff but or even gauge iuno it was a thought and i rly miss drivin a manual and i ove this truck to much to sel it lol so 2 birds one stone ill keep hunting maybe someone will know

definitely easier to change from manual to auto but to go auto to manual not so much. Little more than adding a pedal and mounting the reservoir. good luck!

yea i kno but it isnt too extreme pedal assembly clutch master n slave computer tranny drive shaft i heard crossmember wont be an issue depending on the tranny few other smal things iunno ima deff look into it further before makin a choice lol but thx for the info
