I do.

Went last night, ran 4 miles and lifted. Went this morning before work, ran 3 miles and lifted.

Just trying to drop LB's and get fit.

im tryin to gain pounds in muscle lol..tryin not to be the scrony white boy

i usually go about 3 days a week but monday i over did my tricepts and tore somethin so lettin that heal and pick it back up next monday.

you takin any supplements?

I've got that p-90X that I'm getting ready to start once the kids sports are done. Hard to find time to do it right now after work and sure as hell am not trying to do it at 4:30 in the morning before work.
